Brixton Supervised Contact Service Charges

The following charges apply to organisations wishing to commission our Brixton Supervised Contact services, 1 June 2010 to 1 December 2010.

Local Authorities/Solicitors – Public Funding Certificate

Up to two hours: £120.00 + VAT (minimum charge) with supervisor and report.

For contact sessions where the court have agreed that supervised contact is a reasonable disbursement upon the public funding certificate the charge is as above.

£40.00 per extra worker per hour
£60.00 per extra hour

Individuals

£40.00 per hour with supervisor, for individuals on benefit or an income of less than £25,000 per year.

£60.00 per hour for individuals on an income over £25,000.

This should be paid in cash on the day or there is the option to invoice through solicitors, which will incur the VAT charge @ current rate of 17.5%

CAFCASS

We currently have a CAFCASS partnership grant, which enables us to offer families 12 hours of contact without charge if referred to us by an allocated CAFCASS officer.

Court Attendance
£40.00 per hour + travel expenses.

Supported Contact
£100.00 + VAT up to 2hrs (minimum charge): semi-supervised Local Authority. No report supplied.

£40.00 per hour: semi-supervised Individuals. No report supplied.
Supported Contact can only take place after a minimum of three Risk Assessment sessions - above charges apply.

Cancellation Charge
Less than 48 hours' notice will incur full charge.
