One in six pregnant women are affected by mental distress.
Family Action's innovative Perinatal Support Project supports these women in the final trimester of their pregnancy and up until their baby is one year old, giving them the practical and emotional support they need to bond with their child in it's first year.
Through sponsoring the Perinatal Conference, Mothercare are helping to ensure that we can provide delegates with an overview of the latest Government policy on perinatal services, an examination of the risks to child development, and examples of good practice including a spotlight on Family Action’s innovative Perinatal Support Project.
