Food and wellbeing programmes

Food and wellbeing are key to families leading healthy and happy lives. Here at Family Action our food programmes support children and families in lots of different ways to improve their wellbeing – through improving access to food, enhancing cooking skills, improving self-confidence, reducing isolation through getting out and meeting other people, increasing knowledge around healthy eating, offering new and varied experiences, and improving family bonding to name but a few.
