From one historical and beautiful capital to another, this challenge is no easy feat but is well worth the pedal power. Starting in London, the route takes you through the picturesque Sussex countryside to Newhaven. You then cross the Channel and continue through the night, passing through the small villages and medieval market towns of Northern France. This is a tough challenge, requiring good fitness, stamina and experience – and a healthy dose of self-belief!

After more than 240 miles in the saddle you will arrive in Paris– seeing the legendary sight of the Eiffel Tower on the skyline will evoke a real sense of achievement.
