As well as taking part in a wide range of fun activities and enjoying quality time together, families learn about nutrition and keeping fit and healthy.

If you feel inspired to get cooking with your family, there are lots of Cookalong videos on our YouTube channel – check out our playlists. You can also find a wide variety of recipe ideas within our Food Services webpages.
