Support via phone, text or webchat for care experienced young adults aged 18-27.

We can offer:

  • A listening ear
  • A friendly voice
  • A chance to talk to someone who won’t judge you
  • Signposting to useful resources – what support is out there and how to get it

Coming soon:

  • Help to get yourself work ready
  • A consistent befriender – the same person to talk to regularly for 6 weeks
  • Emotional support and counselling

How it works

We have a team of volunteers, ready to answer your call, text or web chat between 6pm and 12 midnight, every day. If you call during these hours and the line is busy, that is only because all our volunteers are already talking to someone, so just leave us a message and someone will get back to you.
