Due to the current situation around Coronavirus (COVID-19), there will be no face-to-face sessions provided by WellFamily Plus service at Family Action for the foreseeable future. The welfare of our clients and staff is our highest priority and we are committed to continuing our support to those who need it. We have taken the decision to conduct all individual sessions and assessments over the telephone or online video until it is safe to return to normal working practices.

In the meantime, if you have any questions or concerns please contact us on 0203 846 6777 or hackneywellfamilyplus@family-action.org.uk and we will get back to you.

The service is open to anyone registered with a GP in City and Hackney, over the age of 16.
