About this service

Our Change4Life Healthy Lifestyle clubs provide five-week programmes to expectant parents, children, young people and families in Kensington and Chelsea and Westminster. Club sessions will focus on healthy eating, physical activity and sleep to support families in eating well and keeping active and are open to parents to be, and 0-19 year olds (up to 25yrs for young people with special educational needs or disabilities), who either live in Westminster or Kensington and Chelsea, or attend schools or are registered with a Children Centre or GP in either of the boroughs.

A programme of five weekly sessions for parents/carers of 0-4 year olds, co-facilitated with local partners across Westminster and Kensington and Chelsea. Taking a whole-family approach by providing parents/carers with the skills, knowledge and resources to help their children eat well, sleep well, keep active, maintain a healthy weight and increase their emotional wellbeing. Focusing on simple, enjoyable and achievable ways families can include physical activity and healthier eating into their everyday lives.

Ages 0-1 + Parents/Carers

  • Mondays 1st June – 29th June. 10am – 11am. Clare Gardens Children’s Centre, 349 Westbourne Park Rd W11 1EG (RBKC residents only)
  • Wednesdays 3rd June – 1st July. 10am – 11am. Bessborough Family Hub, 1 Bessborough Street SW1V 2JD

A programme of five weekly sessions for 5-11 year olds to attend together with their parent/carers, co-facilitated with local partners across Westminster and Kensington and Chelsea. Focusing on simple, enjoyable and achievable ways families can include physical activity and healthier eating into their everyday lives.

A programme of five weekly sessions for 11-19 year olds, or 11-25 for anyone with special educational needs or disabilities, co-facilitated with local partners across Westminster and Kensington and Chelsea. Working closely with young people to design and develop a service, that provides them with the skills, knowledge and resources to eat well, sleep well, keep active, increase their emotional wellbeing and maintain a healthy weight. Focusing on simple, enjoyable and achievable ways young people can include physical activity and healthier eating into their everyday lives.
