Family Action’s FamilyLine

Family members aged 18 years old and over from anywhere in England, Wales and the Isle of Man can get in touch with our free and confidential FamilyLine service via telephone, text message, web chat or email.

If you need FamilyLine when we’re closed, you can leave a message on our voice mail for a call back during operational hours. If you need more urgent help, you can contact our crisis line via text message to speak with a trained professional.
